Job summary

Tanqeeb at Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a capable Administrative Assistant to support the ward team with efficient office administration and patient services.

You will handle patient intake, update medical insurance information, manage stock, and perform general clerical duties so clinicians can focus on care. A High School Diploma is required; Secretarial or Basic Nursing background is an advantage; strong MS Office and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role.
• Experience in healthcare admin is an advantage.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Secretarial or Nursing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration support to the ward/unit
• Provide patient administration support
• Receive patients into the ward/unit
• Ensure stock is sufficient and effectively controlled
• Actively promote patient satisfaction
• Update and verify medical insurance information for patients
