Job summary

Accor Hotels in Dubai is seeking a Waitress to provide warm, professional service and ensure an excellent dining experience in line with Accor’s standards.

The role requires good communication, guest-focused service, flexible shifts, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Previous hospitality experience is preferred and English fluency is essential.

• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Follow all hotel standards, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Promote a positive guest experience and represent the hotel professionally at all times.
