Job summary

Accor is seeking a welcoming and guest-focused team member to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests in a 5-star setting in the UAE. You will engage with guests, maintain beach area standards, and support operations with attention to grooming and professional conduct.

The role requires English fluency, UAE residency or eligibility, and a passion for hospitality and customer service. Prior beach club or hotel experience is advantageous, with opportunities for growth within the Accor

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
• Must be confident and good in speaking English.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.
• Work in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in the industry.
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests courteously on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Be familiar with service standards and procedures.
• Set up beach beds, cabanas, sunbeds, umbrellas and towels; ensure guests have clean towels.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of beach areas and work spaces.
• Report any suspicious activity or hazardous conditions immediately.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform other tasks as directed.

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

• To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
• To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
• To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
• To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
• To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
• To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
• To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
• To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
• To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
• To maintain safety of work areas at all times
• To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
• To perform other tasks as required /directed
