Job summary

NOVOTEL in Dubai is seeking a customer-focused Beach Attendant to ensure a safe and enjoyable guest experience. You will greet guests, respond to needs, and maintain beach cleanliness and setup with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels.

Requirements include a diploma in vocational hospitality, 1–3 years in a 4-5 star hotel, and fluent English. UAE residency and immediate availability are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in 4-5 star hotel.
• Must be confident and good in speaking English.
• Currently in UAE and available to join immediately.
• Work in 5* hotel or relevant experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas, towels and ensure guests have fresh towels.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of beach areas.
• Follow procedures to set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• Report suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions immediately.
• Attend mandatory meetings and perform other tasks as required.

To extend a courteous friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart.

To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints.

To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures.

To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.

To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas.

To set up beach with sunbeds umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels as needed.

To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings.

To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel.

To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions.

To maintain safety of work areas at all times.

To attend all mandatory meetings as directed.

To perform other tasks as required directed.

Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.1 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.

Must be confident and good in speaking English.

Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.

Work in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in the industry.
