Job summary

Accor Group in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic guest-focused individual to ensure a safe and enjoyable beach guest experience at a 5* hotel. You will understand and respond to guest needs, set up beach beds and cabanas, and maintain cleanliness and safety across the beach areas.

The role requires a Diploma in hospitality, 1–3 years in a 4-5 star hotel, and strong English communication. UAE residency and immediate availability are advantages for this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in 4-5 star hotel.
• Fluent in English.
• Currently in UAE and ready to join immediately.
• Experience in 5* hotel or relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to guest needs in a timely, professional manner.
• Set up beach beds, cabanas, sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of beach areas.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them on departure.
• Adhere to hotel service standards and procedures.
• Report suspicious activities and hazards immediately.
• Attend mandatory meetings and assist with other tasks as directed.

Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.

• To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
• To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
• To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
• To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
• To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
• To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
• To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
• To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
• To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
• To maintain safety of work areas at all times
• To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
• To perform other tasks as required /directed

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1– 3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
• Must be confident and good in speaking English.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.
• Work in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in the industry.
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.
