Job summary

Kitopi, a leading food tech group in Dubai, is seeking a friendly Waitress to deliver an excellent dining experience. You will take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires good communication, a positive attitude, and basic math for handling cash and POS payments. Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waitress to join our team and provide an excellent dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on customers throughout their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle complaints or requests with patience and professionalism.
• Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and service areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
