Job summary

Kitopi in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Pizza Chef to lead the pizza team, ensure consistency and quality, and drive daily kitchen operations with leadership and passion.

You will oversee dough fermentation, ingredient management, and recipe development, train staff, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to menu updates in a fast-paced, international kitchen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles).
• Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
