Job summary

Kitopi is seeking an experienced Sous Chef – Pizza to support our kitchen leadership and ensure outstanding pizza quality across our operations. You will oversee dough preparation, mold and bake pizzas, train the pizza team, and maintain high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Join a diverse, international team and contribute to menu updates, stock management, and ongoing training programs that develop both hard and soft skills within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman or artisanal styles).
• Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.

• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Lead and train the pizza team to ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare, shape, and cook high-quality pizzas using proper techniques.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef – Pizza to support our kitchen leadership team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pizza operations, dough management, and team supervision, ensuring consistent quality and smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
