Job summary

Kitopi is seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead the pizza team toward consistent, high-quality pizza production. You will oversee dough fermentation, manage ingredients, and ensure top hygiene standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and collaboration with the Head Chef, with opportunities to contribute to menu updates and new recipe development in a diverse, international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pizza making (Neapolitan, Roman, or artisanal styles).
• Previous experience as a Senior Pizza Chef or Sous Chef.
• Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, and baking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid leadership and communication skills.
