Job summary

Kitopi in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead pizza production in a high-volume kitchen, focusing on hand-tossed dough and consistent quality.

You will work closely with a dynamic team, follow HACCP standards, and contribute to delivering both delivery and dine-in experiences across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar, pizza-focused.
• Strong hands-on experience with hand-tossed pizza and dough prep.
• Good knowledge of dough fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant, commissary, or central kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, proof, stretch, and hand-toss pizza dough to standards.
• Prepare pizza bases, sauces, toppings, and ingredients.
• Ensure dough quality, portioning, taste and presentation.
• Operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely.
• Follow daily production schedules and minimize food waste.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and clean workstation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs when required.

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs when required.

• Strong practical experience in hand-tossed pizza and dough preparation.
• Good knowledge of dough fermentation, proofing, portioning, stretching, and baking techniques.
• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant, commissary, or central kitchen is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet daily production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
