Job description

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service in a professional and hospitable manner
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure the department outlet is organized and presentable at all times
• Work well individually and as part of a team cooperating with serving and kitchen staff
• Listen and respond to customer complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Always follow strict hygiene procedures and comply with Food & Beverage regulations
• Display knowledge of the food, wine, and liquor menus to support smooth service
• Perform standardized opening and closing procedures as outlined in the training manual
• Respond to customer needs, issues and comments, reporting relevant communication to Manager / Assistant Manager

Qualifications

• Highly qualified with at least 2-3 years experience in an upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels
• Strong attention to details, flexibility, creativity and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English is a must
• Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage
