Required Skills

Experience Minimum 3-5 years of progressive waiter experience in upscale dining or hospitality establishments Proven expertise in section management and guest service delivery Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings dining etiquette and service protocols Excellent communication skills verbal and written with the ability to engage guests professionally Demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior staff members Proficiency with Point of Sale POS systems and restaurant management software Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays and service equipment Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills
