Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a Guest Service Agent in the UAE to welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and ensure a memorable stay. You will respond to requests, settle accounts, and deliver exceptional service from arrival to departure.

The role requires Opera/Opera Cloud experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a background in 5-star hotel operations. Immediate availability in the UAE is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with Opera / Opera Cloud or a related system.
• Fluency in English & Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma/certifications arerequired.
• Worked in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in Hotel industry.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
• Take the initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
