Accor is seeking a guest services-oriented team member to respond to guest needs, greet guests, and uphold service standards in a UAE hotel environment. You will ensure beach area setup, cleanliness, and guest comfort, with ready-to-serve hospitality that aligns with Accor's Heartist culture.

The role requires English proficiency, UAE residency, and a willingness to join immediately. Experience in 4-5 star hotels and a passion for hospitality are valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
• 1–3 years experience in 4-5 star Hotel.
• Must be confident and good in speaking English.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.
• Work in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in the industry.
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand and respond to all guest needs and requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to grooming standards of the company.
• Greet guests warmly on arrival and thank them on departure.
• Be familiar with service standards and procedures.
• Set up beach beds, cabanas, sunbeds, umbrellas and towels, ensuring cleanliness.

Job Description

• To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Must comply with the grooming standards of the company
• To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive and to thank them as they depart
• To make the seniors aware of all guest comments and guest complaints
• To be thoroughly familiar with the service standards and procedures
• To follow specified procedures to properly set up beach beds and cabanas stations.
• To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the beach areas
• To set up beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels and to ensure that guests are provided with clean towels, as needed
• To fold pack the umbrellas in the evenings
• To follow all policies and procedures of the hotel
• To immediately report all suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions
• To maintain safety of work areas at all times
• To attend all mandatory meetings as directed
• To perform other tasks as required /directed
