Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a Transformation Office Portfolio Manager to govern the technology change portfolio across Mashreq Groups in Dubai. You will partner with Group leadership on investment planning, delivery governance, and benefits realization, ensuring a single source of truth and adherence to Mashreq methods.

You will identify risks and value leakage, coach project managers, and drive forward budgeting and planning cycles to align initiatives with Mashreq's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in governance of technology change portfolios across multiple groups.
• Strong ability to partner with group leadership on investment planning and delivery governance.
• Proven track record in portfolio performance tracking, value realization and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Governs the technology change portfolio for assigned Mashreq Groups, aligning with group leadership.
• Provides accurate, decision-oriented portfolio views from demand to benefits realization.
• Identifies portfolio risks, dependencies and value leakage; escalates as needed.
• Ensures project quality and method compliance, coaching PMs and managing selected projects.
• Coordinates budgeting, initiation and planning with group owners to align with strategic goals.
• Leads communication with senior leadership to secure buy-in and timely decisions.
• Applies prioritization criteria to initiatives to support Mashreq's growth strategy.
• Acts as Initiation Lead and coordinates executive summaries and budget requests.
• Monitors transformation initiatives roadmaps and maintains transparency of information.
