Job summary

Mashreq is seeking a senior technology leader to drive retail technology transformation across risk, regulatory systems, and digital banking platforms. You will interact with business heads to deliver scalable, secure technology solutions and enable AI-led innovation across the organization.

The role focuses on BPM modernization, platform consolidation, and end-to-end digitization of onboarding, lending, and payments while embedding robust governance and cyber risk controls.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Strong fintech, payments, banking systems knowledge.
• Proven large-scale technology transformation experience.
• Ability to drive AI adoption and prompt engineering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise fintech and digital transformation programs end-to-end.
• Drive platform modernization, BPM/workflow systems, and integration.
• Own AI-led engineering adoption, automation, and SDLC improvements.
• Establish governance, risk controls, and audit readiness.
• Engage SteerCo and senior leadership for decision-making.
• Build organizational capability in modern engineering practices.
