Job summary

Mashreq in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Project Finance Manager to oversee governance and project financial reporting for Tech initiatives. You will partner with Transformation Office and Tech leads to review business cases, manage budgets, deliver timely dashboards, and coordinate asset capitalization and asset recording in line with policy.

The role requires strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with 5–8 years banking industry experience in technology

Qualifications

At least 5–8 years of banking sector experience managing multiple technology project finances and reporting.
Knowledge of projects/program management and tech project domains.
Proficient with project/financial software and tools including Oracle.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Effective written and spoken English communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Governance and financial reporting for tech-related bank projects.
Review business cases, drive budget management, and monitor capitalization of assets.
Provide timely dashboards and financial reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulate documentation in the project repository.
Coordinate with project managers and Transformation Office for asset recording.
