Job summary

Omanyp, a DIFC-based asset manager with a strong presence in regional real estate investments, seeks a senior business development professional to drive revenue growth within the Banking & Financial Services sector in Dubai.

The role reports to the Head of Real Estate and focuses on originating high-value real estate deals across the GCC, building a robust client network with developers, advisors, banks, and investment counterparties, while leading negotiations and presenting compelling business

Qualifications

9–12 years in real estate BD, investments or acquisitions within the GCC.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field.
Proven UAE deal origination with exposure to Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth within Banking & Financial Services.
Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in Dubai and beyond.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and business cases to prospective clients and senior management.
