Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank in the UAE seeks a VP, Business Performance to lead the performance management agenda for Global Private Banking, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes and guiding governance, planning, forecasting, and executive reporting.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, drive productivity, and deliver dashboards and MI, while ensuring compliance with risk standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in banking or finance with senior stakeholder exposure.
• Strong understanding of Private Banking/Wealth Management business models and drivers.
• Experience in performance governance, planning, forecasting, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into annual plans, scorecards and KPIs.
• Lead monthly/quarterly performance reviews with clear ownership of actions and risks.
• Provide senior management with revenue, assets, liabilities, client activity and productivity insights.
