Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced performance and strategy leader to translate Private Banking strategy into annual plans, with KPI governance and executive reporting. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, develop dashboards, and provide forward-looking insights on revenue, assets, and client activity within a senior stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in banking, business performance, strategy, finance, sales management or business management.
• Strong understanding of Private Banking or Wealth Management business models, client segments, products and performance drivers.
• Demonstrated experience in performance governance, planning, forecasting, executive reporting and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial and non-financial performance indicators.
• Proven leadership, influencing and relationship-management skills across complex, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Global Private Banking strategy into annual business plans, scorecards, KPIs and performance targets.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business performance reviews ensuring clear ownership of actions, risks and recovery plans.
• Provide senior management with forward-looking insights on revenue, assets, liabilities, client activity, pipeline and productivity.
• Own the design, quality and timely publication of executive dashboards and management information.
• Identify performance gaps and convert analysis into practical interventions for segments, teams and products.
• Establish productivity benchmarks and monitor sales effectiveness, pipeline conversion and portfolio penetration.
• Lead cross-functional performance improvement initiatives with Product, Finance, Risk, Operations, Marketing, HR and Technology.
• Ensure activities comply with applicable policies, risk standards, controls and governance requirements.
