First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB seeks a Senior VP, Change Management within Global Markets Finance to drive strategic initiatives, controls and efficiency. You will lead a techno-functional team, partner with GM Finance, IT, Risk and Compliance, and steer large-scale automation and roll-out projects across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accounting or Finance.
• 10–12 years of experience delivering techno-functional bank projects with leadership.
• Strong business acumen and technical expertise (systems, infrastructure, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior communication skills.
• Product management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation and optimization of manual processes across GM Finance projects.
• Oversee international roll-outs and complex product controls implementations.
• Coordinate change management with GM Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance and PMO.
• Manage NAWG sign-offs for new activities and ensure risk controls.
• Support transformation projects and governance of changes across platforms.
