Job summary

DHL Worldwide Express (Dubai) LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Manager MEA (m/f/d) to lead the Mobile Innovation Center operations and deliver outstanding visitor experiences. A university degree and 5+ years in related fields with a hospitality, events or marketing background are essential.

You will coordinate regional events, manage budgets, and work with the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline with at least 5 years of experience.
• Excellent customer service orientation with hospitality/event mindset.
• Strong operational and process management skills.
• Aptitude to manage technology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mobile Innovation Center bookings and prioritize requests by business priority.
• Support planning and execution of local events with internal/external teams and partners.
• Manage operations and coordinate with functions to ensure seamless visits and optimal maintenance.
• Capacitate planning for all incoming requests and optimize pipeline.
• Support virtual events and assist Customer Engagement with external/internal customers.
• Collect and assess visitor feedback and produce quarterly reports for management.
• Establish SOPs for the Customer Experience function at the Center.
• Manage the Center operations budget and ensure invoicing processes.
