FinSearch, a stealth-mode fintech in Abu Dhabi, seeks a hands-on VP of Product to own and scale its payments platform. You will lead from the current MVP to a robust, commercially viable product, driving integrations and AI-powered features in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

The role requires deep payments infrastructure expertise, strong engineering instincts, and proven ability to turn early-stage concepts into scalable solutions. Hybrid presence in Abu Dhabi is expected.

• Lead product strategy for a stealth-mode fintech platform.
• Oversee roadmap from MVP to scalable platform with buy-in from executives.
