Discovered MENA in Dubai seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the core platform and drive the product strategy with the CPTO, CEO, and engineering teams. You will translate strategy into actionable quarterly roadmaps and manage backlog priorities to meet business goals.

The role emphasizes AI/LLM-driven product experiences, user discovery with business founders, and writing structured PRDs and roadmaps. You will lead agile sprints to deliver measurable outcomes for SMEs in the UAE region.

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Management with fintech/B2B SaaS exposure.
Hands-on AI/LLM-driven product experience.
Strong user discovery skills and ability to speak with founders.
Excellent PRD, user stories and strategic roadmaps writing.
Deep Agile leadership, partnering with engineering in fast-paced sprints.
Nice to have UAE/GCC market accounting/finance workflow exposure.

Responsibilities

Own what gets built and why, reporting to the CPTO while collaborating with CEO, Eng and Client Success.
Define product strategy and translate vision into quarterly roadmaps.
Prioritize backlog features by business impact, effort, and timelines.
Write clear user stories and PRDs; stay ahead of engineering sprints by two.
Manage sprint planning and UAT before major deployments.
Benchmark fintech markets regionally and globally; track post-launch metrics.
