As VP of Operations, you will build and run the operational backbone that lets zypl.ai scale reliably across multiple countries and business lines. You will translate strategy into execution — owning cross-functional operations, process, compliance, and delivery — and act as the connective tissue between leadership, product, commercial, and the broader A7Sigma ecosystem.
Own company-wide operations: process design, execution rhythms, OKRs, and cross-functional delivery.
Build scalable operating systems and infrastructure to support rapid headcount and revenue growth from Series A onward.
Lead corporate operations within DIFC, including entity management, vendor and contract governance, and regulatory/compliance coordination.
Drive strategic and special projects on behalf of the CEO across the A7Sigma ecosystem.
Establish reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics that give leadership real-time visibility.
Coordinate closely with Finance, People, Product, and Commercial to remove bottlenecks and align execution.
Manage cross-jurisdiction operations spanning UAE and Central Asia (Dushanbe, Tashkent, Almaty).
Build and lead an operations team as the company scales.
Proven operational leadership experience in a company that has scaled through Series A and beyond.
Track record building processes and operating systems in a high-growth startup, ideally in tech, AI, or fintech.
Strong program/project management skills with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
Experience with multi-jurisdiction operations; familiarity with DIFC or a comparable free-zone regime strongly preferred.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
High-agency, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-moving, high-intensity environment.
Willing to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Ownership of the operational engine of a fast-scaling AI / fintech company.
Close partnership with the CEO on the highest-priority initiatives.
Competitive executive compensation with equity participation.
UAE (DIFC) base within a growing regional and global ecosystem.
