Job summary

Veovo in Dubai, UAE seeks a visionary VP Delivery and Operations to lead global delivery and service operations, overseeing the end-to-end delivery and running of our products for customers. You will sit on the senior leadership team, shaping strategy and the operating model to scale with demand.

You will own the delivery and service P&L, ensure capacity, invest in tools and governance, and lead a matrix team across regions and functions, while backing bids and managing key customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of technology delivery and service management in a mission-critical domain.
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale.
• Accountability for a multi-million-dollar P&L with commercial acumen.
• Led global teams of 50+ across time zones and cultures, office and remote.
• Credible with senior customers at C-level and director level.
• Strategic thinking with sound judgment and decisive leadership.
• High emotional intelligence for handling difficult conversations.
• A technical or engineering degree, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global delivery and service operations, delivering profitably to customers.
• Hold the delivery and service P&L, forecasting revenue and costs.
• Lead a global matrix team including Regional Heads and Delivery Factory.
• Ensure capacity, tools, methods and governance to meet demand.
• Partner with Regional GMs to win business and back bids.
• Lead senior customer engagements and escalations with outcomes focus.
• Recruit, develop and motivate people; set clear performance standards.
• Support M&A execution and integration; shape strategy and operating model.
