Reward, part of the Rezolve Ai Group, is seeking a VP of Banking, International, to own the international banking agenda, drive revenue, and lead a high-performing team across global markets. You’ll build C-suite relationships and shape a strategy that combines banking, loyalty, payments and AI-powered commerce.

You’ll guide growth across markets, identify new revenue streams, and collaborate with product, technology, data and marketing to deliver differentiated client value at scale.

Reward, part of the Rezolve Ai Group, is looking for an exceptional commercial leader to take our international banking proposition to the next level.

This is a high impact leadership role for someone who understands the evolving relationship between banks, consumers, brands, data and commerce and knows how to turn that into meaningful commercial growth.

As VP of Banking, International, you’ll own the international banking agenda, working with some of our most important partners across global markets. You’ll shape strategy, drive revenue and growth, build C-suite relationships and lead a high performing team.

But this is about more than managing existing relationships.

You’ll help define what the future of banking engagement looks like bringing together Reward’s transaction intelligence, customer engagement and commerce media capabilities with the wider AI-powered commerce proposition of Rezolve Ai.

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve Reward’s international banking strategy, aligned to our wider commercial and Group ambitions.
• Lead the growth of our international banking portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships and enter new markets.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and senior banking stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor rather than simply a supplier.
• Identify and unlock new revenue streams across banking, loyalty, payments, commerce media and customer engagement.
• Own commercial performance and P&L for the international banking business, including revenue, forecasting, pipeline, KPIs and growth plans.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing international team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Data & Insights, Marketing, Commerce Media and Operations to develop propositions that solve real client and consumer challenges.
• Use market, customer and competitive insight to identify where Reward and Rezolve Ai can create differentiated value.
• Represent Reward and Rezolve Ai externally, building our reputation and presence within the international banking and financial services ecosystem.
• Help shape the next phase of our growth as we bring together banking, transaction intelligence, AI and commerce.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic leader who can operate confidently at C-suite level and turn big-picture thinking into measurable results.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Significant senior leadership experience within banking, financial services, loyalty, payments, fintech, commerce or a related B2B technology environment.
• A strong track record of growing complex, high-value international client relationships.
• Proven experience developing and executing commercial growth strategies across multiple markets.
• Strong P&L, revenue and commercial management experience.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing, geographically diverse teams.
• Deep understanding of the changing banking and payments landscape and how technology, data and AI are reshaping customer engagement.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Confidence operating with C-suite executives and navigating complex enterprise organisations.
• The ability to connect strategy, technology, customer needs and commercial outcomes.
• A genuinely international mindset, with experience working across different markets, cultures and regulatory environments.
