Job summary

Al Ghurair seeks a Vice President, IT Business Partnering to drive the digital and technology agenda for Al Ghurair Foods and Resources. This senior role sits on the Group Digital and Technology leadership team and shapes the direction of the business unit technology portfolio.

The incumbent will lead COEs, platform principals and delivery partners, representing the voice of the business within IT and the voice of technology within the business at senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science / IT.
• 8+ years’ experience in managing and delivering technology solutions with healthcare.
• PMP certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape IT strategic planning and manage Application requirements with business staff.
• Lead transformation initiatives for the BU and ensure delivery against direction.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, risks, governance, and PMO processes.
• Develop Application services capabilities and lean, efficient processes.
• Drive BU-specific solution architecture and RFP processes.
• Manage external partners, project teams, and stakeholder relationships.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging technologies and PoCs.
• Ensure IT policy compliance and strengthen internal controls.
• Foster an agile mindset and continuous improvement across teams.
