Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a senior FP&A leader to head financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting, ensuring alignment with the group's objectives.

You will provide insightful analysis to support management decisions, collaborate with commercial and operations, and lead a team of financial professionals to deliver credible, timely insights. Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or accounting.
• Professional qualification CPA/ACCA/CA/CIMA/CFA.
• Master's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A including planning, budgeting, forecasting and MIS reporting.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with Group FP&A and IT on analytics/tools.
• Manage a team of financial professionals and ensure timely, credible insights.
• Support strategic initiatives, M&A, portfolio analysis and strategy development.
• Establish and maintain senior leadership relationships and reporting frameworks.
