Lead the overall digital growth and transformation strategy for Al Ghurair Development, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales priorities, and long-term business expansion plans.

Ensure strategic allocation of resources across digital channels, platforms, and growth initiatives to support company priorities and revenue objectives.
Drive financial accountability and performance optimization across all digital investments, agency partnerships, and technology ecosystems.
Lead digital growth initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation, pipeline development, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Partner with commercial and sales leadership to strengthen conversion performance, customer lifecycle management, and long-term business profitability.
Establish scalable digital frameworks and growth infrastructure capable of supporting multi-project launches, market expansion, and future business growth.

Who you are?

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field
10–12 years of extensive experience leading digital marketing initiatives, managing integrated campaigns, optimising customer engagement, and delivering impactful digital marketing outcomes.
Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
