Job summary

Al Ghurair Foods in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Manager - Foods Technology to lead a complex technology portfolio across manufacturing and distribution. You will govern Dynamics 365 roll-outs, Advanced Warehouse Management deployments, BI, automation, analytics, and continuous platform enhancements.

The role requires 8–10 years of project management experience, 3–5 in leadership, and fluency with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a relevant discipline.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• 8–10 years of project-management experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong candidates will have delivered complex enterprise technology, manufacturing, or operational-transformation programmes.
• Practical fluency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Advanced Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Own technology projects from charter development and scope definition through closure and benefit review.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations roll-outs across multiple Foods entities.
• Lead Advanced Warehouse Management deployments supporting storage, inventory, picking, dispatch, and distribution.
• Deliver Power BI, reporting, analytics, Azure data, Power Platform, and automation initiatives.
• Establish portfolio governance, delivery standards, approval controls, and executive reporting routines.
• Build integrated plans covering milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Maintain complete technical, commercial, financial, and governance documentation for audit readiness.
