Job summary

Veovo, Dubai, is seeking a visionary VP of Delivery and Operations to lead and scale our global delivery and service operations across a multi-region, multi-time-zone landscape. You will be responsible for the P&L, capacity planning, and governance, while shaping the strategy and operating model of Veovo’s cloud-first SaaS platforms.

You will sit on the senior leadership team, partner with Regional GMs, back bids, engage senior customers, and drive growth through excellent delivery and program

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology delivery and service management in mission-critical domains (airports/aviation).
• Experience running SaaS operations at scale.
• Accountability for multi-million-dollar P&L with strong commercial acumen.
• Led global teams of 50+ across time zones and cultures, both office-based and remote.
• Credibility with senior customers at C-level and directors across lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker with sound judgement and decisive leadership.
• High EI and ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
• Technical or engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own global delivery and service operations, ensuring profitable, high-standard delivery.
• Hold the delivery and service P&L, forecasting revenue and costs across teams.
• Lead a global matrix team including Regional Heads of Delivery, Service, and Cloud Operations.
• Ensure capacity, tools, methods, and governance to meet demand and growth.
• Partner with Regional GMs to win business and advise bids and tenders.
• Lead senior customer engagements and escalations with transparent outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate people, setting performance standards.
• Support M&A execution and integration; help shape Veovo's strategy.
