Job summary

GE Vernova Global Services GmbH - Dubai Branch seeks a Lead Service Specialist-Customer Operation to drive customer success across controls retrofit projects and post-sales lifecycle management in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region.

You will own the subregion P&L, manage orders and fulfillment, develop service proposals, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver value while aligning with SQDC principles and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• 8+ years with GE Vernova control product systems or similar control systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and English communication.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the subregion P&L, orders, fulfillment, and revenue growth.
• Develop service proposals with labor, schedule, and subcontractor scope.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage contract deliverables.
• Drive customer relationships and coordinate change orders.
• Ensure project delivery planning, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
