Job summary

Blu Selection is assisting a premier buy-side M&A boutique in identifying a VP of Corporate M&A in Dubai. You will drive a billion-euro global acquisition program end-to-end, partnering directly with C-level executives and the Founding Partner.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in Corporate M&A / in-house buy-side, a track record of closing 3–5 acquisitions, and fluency in English and French. Dubai residency is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in Corporate M&A / in-house buy-side roles.
• Proven history closing 3–5 acquisitions end-to-end.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with direct negotiation with founders.
• Fully bilingual in English and French; Dubai residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth pillars into actionable acquisition pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end due diligence, financial modeling, LOI/SPA negotiations.
• Coordinate cross-border due diligence with external counsels and auditors.
• Manage multiple international transactions concurrently.
