Qualifications

• Experience with venture capital and tech private equity transactions.
• Experience with M&A transactions across sectors.
• Proven track record of leading deals and negotiations.
• Commercially astute and up-to-date on key legal/business news.
• Excellent communication, client relations, and teamwork.
• Delivers professional, timely service and responds well to requests.
• Seeks repeat business and builds client networks.
• Develops internal/external networks.
• Contributes to business development initiatives in the dept.
• Maintains a calm, objective, flexible approach under pressure.
• Shows initiative and innovativeness.
• Russian language skills would be helpful.
• Experience in the Middle East or with emerging markets is helpful.
• Experience of regional investment.
