Job summary

PageGroup's Dubai-based financial services arm seeks an experienced investment professional to lead M&A and private equity opportunities across the GCC. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• CFA, ACA, CA or similar professional qualification is advantageous.
• 5–7 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity or Principal Investments.
• Strong transaction execution experience across mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
• Experience developing investment committee materials and transaction analyses.
• Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and execute M&A, private equity, and strategic investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and investment committee materials.
• Conduct commercial, financial, operational, and market due diligence.
• Perform sector research, market mapping, and target screening exercises.
• Support transaction execution processes from origination through completion.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, commercial, and tax advisors.
• Analyse industry trends and identify potential investment opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and key operating metrics.
• Assist management teams with strategic and operational initiatives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, investors, and external advisors.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support business development and relationship management activities.
• Contribute to value creation projects across portfolio investments.
