Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking a VP Head of Change Management in Abu Dhabi to drive strategic initiatives across Global Markets and Group Treasury. The role leads a techno-functional advisory team, consolidates control implementations, and oversees end-to-end change processes including UAT and international rollouts.

The ideal candidate has 10–12 years’ experience in a major international bank, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex transformation projects

Qualifications

• 10–12 years’ experience in a similar role in a reputable international/global bank.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering techno-functional bank-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a techno-functional advisory team across FAB’s head office and international locations.
• Drive automation, controls, and efficiency initiatives with risk and compliance alignment.
• Oversee change management processes, BRD reviews, UAT, and global rollouts.
