Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned executive to lead the Customer Value Proposition for Global Private Banking. You will drive strategic initiatives, coordinate across GPB functions, manage a team, and ensure governance and regulatory adherence while delivering improvements.

The role requires 10–15 years in banking or financial services and strong experience in change management and Private Banking products. Negotiable terms reflect senior leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of business experience ideally in Banking or Financial Services with exposure to significant change.
• Experience in complex change management programmes and strategy execution.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in Private Banking industry and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Customer Value Proposition team and ensures initiatives align with GPB strategy and are delivered on time.
• Drives strategic initiatives to streamline GPB for optimal performance and benefits.
• Coordinates plans across GPB functions and PBG/bank-wide initiatives; collaborates with stakeholders to execute improvements.
• Develops and drives plans for front-office systems, policies, regulatory adherence, risk and controls initiatives.
• Assesses risks and resistance, communicates implications to ensure actions are taken.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction across systems and processes.
• Ensures timely and accurate department reporting that meets Group standards.
