Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) seeks a senior Finance Professional to lead the Global Markets Business Finance change management and transformation initiatives. You will oversee a techno‑functional advisory team, drive governance, and optimize reporting across FAB’s Global Markets and Group Treasury sectors.

The role emphasizes international rollouts, new product sign‑offs, and agile delivery to maximize growth and minimize inefficiencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.
Extensive track record delivering techno‑functional bank‑wide projects.
Strong stakeholder management and senior presentation skills; ability to manage diverse groups.
Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in a similar role at an international/global bank.

Responsibilities

Leads a techno‑functional advisory team across FAB’s head office and international locations.
Devise solutions and controls for governance, accuracy and efficiency of reporting.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction across processes.
Re-engineer processes to facilitate management and financial reporting and analysis.
Centralize and streamline change requests for Product Control and Financial Control.
Lead international rollouts and integration/migration activities for new products.
