Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics seeks a strategic leader to own the end-to-end customer experience across IMEA, delivering seamless regional CE and digital transformation programs. You will lead customer implementation, OAM, and digital enablement with strong collaboration with IT, Product, and regional stakeholders.

The role requires 12+ years in digital leadership and a track record in logistics, with hands-on experience in CargoWise, TMS, and API integrations.

Qualifications

12+ years in digital transformation, technology, or CE leadership.
Minimum 5 years at senior level in logistics or supply chain.
Proven track record delivering large-scale digital programs.
Experience with freight forwarding platforms (CargoWise, TMS, APIs).
Bachelor's in Technology, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer journey across IMEA — from quote to delivery and invoice.
Set and enforce regional service standards and conduct CE reviews.
Lead regional CI practice from onboarding to go-live and hypercare with RFID/EDI/API initiatives.
Drive adoption of customer-facing digital tools and dashboards.
Lead OAM teams to manage account health and KPIs across the region.
