Job summary
Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Dubai is seeking a senior leader to drive Customer Excellence and regional CE leadership across IMEA, overseeing end-to-end journeys from quote to delivery and invoicing. Qualifications
- 12+ years in digital transformation, technology, or CE leadership.
- Minimum 5 years at senior level in logistics or supply chain.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale digital programs.
- Experience with Freight forwarding platforms (CargoWise, TMS, APIs).
- Bachelor's in Technology, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end customer journey across IMEA — from quote through delivery and invoice.
- Lead regional CI to improve onboarding, RFQ to go-live, EDI/API connectivity, SOPs, and training.
- Direct leadership of OAM teams across IMEA; set account health scores and KPIs.
- Govern the IMEA digital product portfolio and drive ROI with IT/OpsEx.
