Rixos Premium Dubai is launching Josephine, an elevated Mediterranean dining destination designed to become a standout culinary experience. We are seeking a visionary Head Chef to lead the culinary opening from pre-opening through launch and ongoing operations.

You will develop an authentic contemporary Mediterranean menu, recruit and develop a high-caliber brigade, and uphold the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading premium restaurants or luxury dining concepts.
• Expert in Mediterranean cuisine with knowledge of regional ingredients and techniques.
• Experience in restaurant openings or major culinary transformations.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary opening from pre-opening through launch and ongoing operations.
• Develop and execute an authentic contemporary Mediterranean menu with premium ingredients.
• Recruit, inspire and develop a high-performing culinary brigade.
• Maintain top quality, hygiene, presentation and consistency.
• Drive innovation while balancing profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Corporate Culinary Director to realize the culinary vision.
• Create an energetic, disciplined kitchen culture.
