Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company in Dubai seeks a Head Chef to lead a premium Mediterranean kitchen within a global multi-brand group. You will be hands‑on, tasting and developing dishes, preserving brand identity while elevating flavor and technique.

You will coach the brigade and work closely with the General Manager and central culinary teams to maintain standards. The role requires a genuine passion for food, HACCP certification or ability to obtain, and the right to work in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Premium Mediterranean kitchen leadership experience.
• Hands-on chef with strong technical cooking skills.
• Proven ability to develop and refine menus while preserving brand identity.
• Experience managing a brigade in a high-volume, premium restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily food quality, creativity and consistency across the menu.
• Develop dishes that advance Mediterranean cuisine while protecting brand identity.
• Lead, coach and develop the brigade; strengthen team culture.
• Source and work with high-quality, seasonal ingredients; know provenance and seasonality.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the pass, tasting, cooking and developing dishes.
• Manage food cost, wastage, purchasing and kitchen variances with commercial awareness.
• Collaborate with General Manager and central culinary/operations teams for brand alignment.
• Demonstrate a strong track record in premium, high-volume dining environments.
• Possess HACCP certification or ability to obtain; right to work in UAE.
• Candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain UAE work rights.
