Job summary

Dubai Furniture Manufacturing Co. LLC in Dubai is looking for a PRO officer to manage visa applications, government submissions, and labor contracts with strict adherence to UAE immigration laws.

You will liaise with authorities, coordinate Emirates ID and medical checks, and maintain confidential employee records to support onboarding and departures. The role requires 2+ years of UAE experience, fluency in English and Arabic, a valid UAE driving license, and strong knowledge of labor

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations and government procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for document preparation and record keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process visa applications and government submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate preparation of labor contracts, trade licenses, and company registrations with deadlines.
• Liaise with government authorities (Ministry of Labour, Immigration) to resolve queries and obtain approvals.
• Coordinate employee medical check-ups, Emirates ID applications, and other PRO documents.
• Maintain confidential employee records and provide guidance on PRO matters to staff.
• Monitor changes in UAE labor laws/regulations and address impacts on the company.
• Handle visa cancellations and documentation for departing employees.
• Assist in preparing official letters and other documents to meet company standards.
