Job summary

Driven Properties seeks an experienced Arabic-speaking PRO in Dubai to manage government-related transactions and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. You will handle visas, work permits, MOHRE/GDRFA/ICP liaising, and document submission in Arabic and English.

The role requires 2–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE, strong knowledge of labour laws, and experience with government portals. A UAE driving licence is an advantage. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

Fluent in Arabic and English.
Minimum 2–3 years of PRO experience in the UAE.
Good understanding of UAE labour laws, immigration, and visa processes.
Experience liaising with UAE government authorities.
Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Process employment visas, work permits, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID applications.
Handle trade licence renewals, establishment cards, and other government transactions.
Liaise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, DET, and relevant government authorities.
Prepare and submit official documents in Arabic and English.
Track application statuses, expiry dates, and renewal deadlines.
Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure timely completion of transactions.
