Job summary

Thrifty Car Rental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a PRO officer to manage UAE employment visas, Emirates IDs, and related government paperwork. You will coordinate with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and traffic authorities to ensure timely renewals and compliant records.

The role requires strong follow-up skills, fluent Arabic reading/writing/speaking, and a valid UAE driving licence. You will work closely with HR to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance across all employee documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and PRO processes.
• Working knowledge of MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, RTA/traffic and other relevant government portals.
• Good understanding of UAE visa, labour, Emirates ID, and vehicle-related procedures.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is must.
• Reading, Writing, Speaking Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on employment visas, entry permits, visa renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
• Handle employee-related transactions with MOHRE, ICP/GDRFA, and other relevant government authorities.
• Process Emirates ID and medical fitness-related formalities where applicable.
• Coordinate with typing centres, government service centres, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate records of visa expiry dates, work permits, Emirates IDs, and other government documents.
• Support HR in ensuring that employee documentation complies with UAE requirements.
• Assist with trade license renewals and amendments and other company-related government requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities for vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with the relevant authority regarding traffic-related company requirements and documentation
