Job summary

Visioneers in Dubai, UAE seeks a seasoned Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage government procedures, documents, and liaison with MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Free Zones, and Municipalities. You will ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration policies and support smooth business operations.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Administration or Business and 3–6 years PRO experience in the UAE, with solid knowledge of labor laws and government portals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of PRO experience in UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration procedures and government portals.
• Experience with Free Zones and Mainland authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing of employment visas, residence permits, Emirates IDs, labour cards and work permits.
• Prepare, submit and track government applications while maintaining accurate records.
• Assist with visa renewals, cancellations, medicals, fingerprinting and onboarding/offboarding docs.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to monitor visa/permit expiry and support audits.
