Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Travel Manager to lead end-to-end corporate travel, hotel accommodations, VIP hospitality and event logistics across multiple locations. You will ensure timely, safe and cost-effective arrangements while maintaining policy compliance and high traveller satisfaction.

The role covers travel bookings, hotel partnerships, VIP services, and post-event reporting, with a focus on supplier performance and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Travel & Booking Operations: Manage domestic and international travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, travel documentation, visa applications, insurance, cancellations and disruptions.
• Hotel Management & VIP Hospitality: Source and negotiate hotel rates, manage reservations and rooming lists, coordinate special requirements, arrange discreet hospitality for senior executives.
• Corporate Events, Dealer Trips & Group Logistics: Coordinate travel and logistics for events, dealer trips, conferences, visits and delegations, including costed options and communications.
• Vendor Management, Commercial Controls & Compliance: Manage supplier relationships, obtain quotes, prepare budgets, secure approvals, monitor expenditure, reconcile costs, maintain records.
• Stakeholder Service, Risk & Reporting: Coordinate traveller communications, monitor disruptions, prepare expenditure and performance reports, suggest process improvements.
