Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking an experienced Events Manager in Dubai to plan and execute private and VIP events for the Chairwoman, coordinating corporate and VIP engagements. The role demands discretion, meticulous planning, premium guest management, and hands-on execution from concept through post-event follow-up.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, supplier negotiations, risk assessments, and on-site delivery while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in premium event planning and execution.
• Proven ability to manage private, VIP and corporate events with discretion.
• Strong budgeting, supplier sourcing, and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute private dinners, receptions, and VIP engagements for the Chairwoman.
• Coordinate guest preferences, schedules, dietary needs, and special requests with the Chairwoman's Office.
• Source venues, catering, decor, and entertainment; manage budgets and supplier contracts.
• Oversee event setup, on-site delivery, and post-event follow-up with confidentiality.
