FIVE Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Coordinator in the UAE to manage end-to-end travel for senior leaders, including Directors and C-suite executives. The role requires visa expertise, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to balance cost with exceptional service.

You will coordinate flights, hotels, transfers, and itineraries, while ensuring compliance with travel policies and timely billing and reporting.

Formación

• Diploma or certificate in a travel-related discipline is required.
• Proven experience in corporate or executive travel coordination in fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of visa requirements and processing for major destinations.
• Experience negotiating with travel agencies and using travel management platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end travel for all stakeholders including flights, hotels, transfers and itineraries.
• Coordinate visa applications and documentation for USA, UK, Schengen, China, UAE and other destinations.
• Oversee travel billing, accruals and invoices; use SAP Ariba or similar systems.
• Maintain travel records, trackers and reporting; ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Provide professional guidance and exceptional stakeholder experience to Directors and C-suite executives.
• Respond promptly to travel requests and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
